What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style. For new partners, we also offer a sample kit (5 pcs/style) so you can test quality before committing to a bulk order.
Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?
Yes! We offer OEM/ODM services. Send us your design sketches or reference images, and our team will create samples for your approval. Custom packaging and logo cards are available for orders of 500+ pieces.
How long does shipping take?
Standard production time is 7-15 business days. Express shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3-7 days to US/UK/EU, and 2-5 days to Southeast Asia. Tracking number provided for every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and major credit cards. For large orders, we can set up 30% deposit / 70% before shipment terms.
What if I receive a defective item?
We have a 99.2% order accuracy rate, but if you do receive a defective item, just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will refund or replace – no questions asked.
